We are currently recruiting for sessional therapists.
Integrate is an organisation that constantly focuses on and operates according to 2 key principles:

Continuous Improvement & Respect for People
At Integrate it is not about achieving the above two elements in isolation, but ensuring that it is the Integrated Combination of Continuous Improvement and Respect For People that truly makes a difference, for our clients as well as those who work with us.

Who are we looking for?

Integrate is a growing team of child, adolescent, and adult therapists. We are a Specialist Counselling and Therapy Centre, as well as an Ofsted registered Adoption Support Agency headquartered in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We work with clients all over the country and have additional physical locations in Northampton, Leeds and Northallerton. We currently have a number of on-site vacancies in Yorkshire that will require you to work from our Huddersfield and/or Northallerton offices.

We are looking for qualified sessional therapists who have a desire to advance in the field of Child and Adolescent Therapeutic Support, as well as providing support to families and adults. Our work is predominantly with families that include one or more children. Our ideal therapist has a passion for working with children and adolescents, as well as supporting our growing base of adult clients.

We specialise in the areas of attachment, trauma, dissociation and we use the latest therapies, grounded in research to address complex trauma, including the Neuro- Sequential Model of Therapeutics by Dr Bruce Perry, EMDR, Developmental Attachment Therapy, Trauma and Creative Therapies and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy.

We are looking to recruit sessional therapists who are highly motivated, passionate, keen to be a part of the Integrate Team and willing to engage in the latest training to support our method of therapies and intervention.

As a sessional therapist you will work with a wide range of clients, but the majority will be children and adolescents from all walks of life. Integrate also specialises in complex cases of developmental and relational trauma. Therefore, many cases will involve you having to draw on your creative energy to find new and inventive ways to help these children and adolescents.

At Integrate you will receive a significant level of supervision and support, due to the complexity of many our cases. You will get to be part of a team who is passionate about working with children, adolescents and families and helping them with the difficulties that they face.

You will have some experience of working with children/ young people and their families and experience of working within the field of attachment and trauma. Integrate are also willing to support therapists who may need further ongoing training to offer a fully integrative therapeutic approach.

You will be phased into your role with a small case load to start with, but you are expected to grow to a minimum of 2 full days commitment.

Previous applicants need not apply.
